How We Engage 

Every project begins with a conversation. Once we understand your vision, scope, and goals, we issue a formal Proposal outlining our recommended approach, timeline, team, and fees. No work commences until both parties have signed a Service Agreement.

Deposits & Payment 

A deposit is required to secure your project date and commence planning. The percentage and payment schedule will be clearly outlined in your Service Agreement. We accept bank transfers and other agreed payment methods.

Scope Changes 

We understand that projects evolve. Any changes to the agreed scope, including additions, removals, or significant alterations , will be documented in a Change Order and may affect the timeline and fees. We will always communicate this clearly before proceeding.

Cancellations 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the Service Agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once project planning has commenced.
